Why I started Arc Nova

I'm from Osnabrück, studied business administration in Cologne, and spent an exchange semester in Lund — and in between, tried out pretty much everything that interested me: tax consulting, CFO-as-a-service work for companies with up to €30 million in annual turnover, a project management internship at Amazon in London, even my own blockchain consultancy that got 200+ people excited about decentralized tech back in 2017.

I founded Arc Nova in 2023 because I kept seeing the same pattern: companies buy AI tools, but their teams have no idea how to actually use them. So that's what I do — I bring AI to where it's actually needed: into your team's everyday work, not just into leadership's strategy slides.

On the side, I teach AI literacy at a school in Osnabrück, to students between 10 and 16. If I can explain complex AI concepts so a ten-year-old gets it, I can explain them to your team too.

I believe education is the key to solving the big problems of our time. That's why I write books about the future of money, technology, and AI too — and why, alongside Arc Nova Consulting, I'm building Arc Nova Academy, an education platform to make tech knowledge accessible to everyone.
